Stylish and exceptionally comfortable venue, unbeatable location very close to the market and close to the castle and garden, the main tourist attractions and a raised platform. A double room with slippers, fridge. Delicious breakfast, a lot of options available.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the well-designed rooms with modern furnishings. The public bath was clean and spacious, and the complimentary coffee milk was a nice touch. We enjoyed customizing the cedarwood pouches and found the beds to be extremely comfortable. The smart TV in the room was a bonus, allowing us to play YouTube and Netflix. Despite being a bit of a distance from the station, it was still within walking distance. And the best part was that the hotel provided all these little luxuries at a very affordable rate. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kanazawa.
Felt right at home here, with the staff always ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was clean, efficient, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great value, with beautifully composed and delicious Japanese-style dishes. The onsen was a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff was courteous and the self-check-in and check-out were seamless.
The automated check-in process was still in the early stages, so there were staff members available to assist. There was a bit of a wait during the 3pm check-in time due to the number of people arriving.

Our xmas stay was memorable from the moment we entered the hotel, with a distinct scent of natural wood welcoming us. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful little details in the room, the table height with the bed and wondrous soaps. We enjoyed two complementary gifts from the hotel, a welcoming one and another on departure. the key location is just across the street to the market and close to other attractions. the advantage of the onsen was the free drinks provided post-use.
The public baths can get crowded, which made our experience a tad uncomfortable. there were language barriers with some of the staff, making communication a bit of a hassle.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
